This Privacy Policy explains how Changsha Little Oyster Technology Co., Ltd ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Osktizk desktop application for macOS. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws.

1. Information We Collect

a) Information you provide directly:

• Account data: If you choose to create an account or purchase a license, we may collect your name and email address for billing and support purposes.
• User Content: The App allows you to capture photos, record video/audio, and create annotations. These files are generated and stored locally on your device. We do not access these files unless you explicitly contact support and share them with us for troubleshooting.

b) Information collected automatically:

• Device identifiers: Anonymous device ID, macOS version, and crash logs for analytics and bug fixing.
• Camera & Microphone usage: The App requires access to your USB Camera and Microphone to function. We access these devices solely to provide the live preview, recording, and image processing features you request. We do not stream this data to our servers.

What we DO NOT collect:

• Photos or videos from your existing Photo Library (unless you explicitly choose to import them).
• Contacts, call logs, or location data.
• Biometric data or sensitive health information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information strictly for:

• Delivering the core functionality (camera preview, zoom, flip, recording, and annotation).
• Saving and managing the media files (photos/videos) you create.
• Maintaining and improving the App’s performance and stability.
• Communicating with you about service updates, billing, or support inquiries.
• Complying with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

All media files (photos, videos, annotations) and settings are stored locally on your Mac. We do not upload your recordings or photos to the cloud unless you explicitly use a cloud backup feature provided by the operating system (e.g., iCloud Drive) or a third-party service you choose to integrate.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

4. Data Retention & Your Control

• You have full control over the files you create. You can delete photos, videos, and annotations directly within the App or via Finder.
• If you uninstall the App, local data files remain on your device until you manually delete them.
• We retain minimal operational logs for up to 12 months to ensure service reliability.

5. Third-Party Services

Osktizk may use the following trusted third-party services only to provide core functionality:

• Apple App Store: For in-app purchases and license verification.
• Crash Reporting Tools: We may use tools like Firebase or Apple Crash Reporter to collect anonymous crash logs to fix bugs. These logs do not contain personal media content.

We do not integrate any advertising SDKs or third-party trackers.

6. Children’s Privacy

Osktizk is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. International Data Transfers

Your data is primarily stored locally on your device. Any minimal data transmitted for support or analytics (e.g., crash logs) may be transferred to and processed on servers outside your country of residence. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure your information remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access, rectify, or erase your personal data.
• Restrict or object to our processing of your data.
